With over thirteen years of experience in the timber and real estate business, Carlton brings to the table a fully developed set of skills and an overly diverse range of experience. Carlton's real estate career started as a sophomore at UGA when he became a Re-Max Sales agent, whom worked with three large builders in the Athens area. Carlton handled sales in several 100 plus unit subdivisions.
